Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or digital transformation
- Experience in organizational change management
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Availability for occasional travel
Nice to have
- MBA or master's degree in related fields
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Public sector experience
